www.reginanaturii.com is the official site of “Regina Naturii” LTD, the legal name, registered under the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (IDNO 1014600014128) at the following address: Republic of Moldova, Ialoveni DISTRICT, Costești VILLAGE, Turnul ALB 9 STREET.
We created this website to ensure, and to offer, to all those interested in Regina Naturii products the possibility of placing orders online, unhindered.
The customer accepts all the terms and conditions when they create their Account, by selecting the option “I agree with the processing of personal data according to the store’s Privacy Policy” in the form.
The site specializes in online sale of food and non-food products.
Any customer, any natural person of a minimum age of 18 or any legal entity can register by creating an account, filling in the existing fields on the site www.reginanaturii.com. Placing an order on the website does not require the creation of an account, in advance.
To place an order, the natural person who has reached the age of 18, will register on the site by creating an account, indicating their e-mail address, name, surname and choosing a password.
At the time of placing an order on the site, the customer implicitly agrees to the manner in which “Regina Naturii” will send them the details related to the order (notifications) by e-mail.
Only people who select an address from the Republic of Moldova for the delivery of the order and who register on the website www. reginanaturii.com according to the steps and requirements enumerated below can order online.
“Regina Naturii” reserves the right to refuse any Order for legitimate reasons.
The products available on the site (static / dynamic images / multimedia presentations / etc.) are for presentation and illustration purposes.
ONLINE ORDER
The prices displayed on the site are informative and can be changed unilaterally by “Regina Naturii”. Price changes by “Regina Naturii” will NOT affect a placed and confirmed order. Prices do not include delivery costs.
By completing the order, the customer agrees that all the data , necessary for the purchase process, provided by them, are accurate and complete, including the delivery address.
During national and religious holidays, the delivery of orders can take between 3-5 working days.
To place an online order on the site, the customer must complete the following steps:
To log in and ,if the customer does not already have an account on the site, they must create an Account.
Once added to the shopping cart, a product is available for purchase subject to availability of stock.
To select the payment method: online by a card or with cash.
After sending the order or after the bank details have been verified by the Payment Processor, the Buyer will be contacted by phone by the operator to confirm the order.
PAYMENT METHODS AND PRICES
We specify the price and method of payment in each order. The selling price of the products is the one in force at the time of placing the order. It is expressed in LEI (MDL) and includes VAT.
We will issue the tax receipt for each individual order that will accompany the delivered products.
The customer has the following payment methods available for orders placed on the Site:
online payment with Bank Card;
cash payment on delivery;
DELIVERY OF GOODS
The Courier will deliver the products ordered by the customer to the address indicated by the customer.
The customer has the obligation to verify the correctness of the information provided regarding the delivery address.
At the request of the courier, the customer will provide proof of their identity and communicate the order number.
The customer must make sure that they can receive the order placed on the site and facilitate the courier’s access to the location mentioned in the order. If the courier cannot get access to the stipulated address, the delivery will not be honored.
The delivery is considered to be fulfilled by “Regina Naturii”, at the moment of delivery of the ordered products to the customer at the address selected by them at the time of validation of the order.
DELIVERY CHARGES
The delivery fee will be displayed both when the order is placed, and after it is completed.
The delivery fee will be charged according to the ranges below:
1MDL – 399MDL – the delivery of the products will be 50 lei;
>400 MDL – product delivery is free.

The working days of the Support Service:
Monday – Friday – working hours BETWEEN 09:00 to 17:30
Saturday Sunday – days off.
RIGHT OF RETURN
According to the notion of Law no. 105-XV of March 13, 2013 on consumer protection. The buyer has the right to return the product/merchandise purchased for certain reasons within 14 days from the day of payment. The funds are returned to the card from which the purchase was made.

The deadline for processing the return request: 3 working days from the date on which Regina Naturii” SRL comes into possession of the returned product and the return form.
Return conditions:
Returning the purchase is a free service offered to “Regina Naturii” SRL buyers.
Through this service, “Regina Naturii” SRL buyers can return free of charge within 14 calendar days the products purchased on www.reginanarutii.com, according to the Return Terms and Conditions reviewed in these Regulations.
How can you return the products purchased from www.reginanaturii.com?
At the headquarters of the Enterprise “Regina Naturii” SRL, address s.Costești,
9 Turnul Alb str., Ialoveni District, Republic of Moldova, the buyer personally handing over the product to a representative of “Regina Naturii” SRL; By completing the Return Form. Conditions regarding the returned product The returned product must be in the same condition as it was purchased or delivered; The product must be returned safely, as far as possible in the original packaging to avoid damage during handling and/or transport.
Products that are not accepted for return:
Products that have been opened; Products that do not have intact labels, have broken or erased seals; Products not accompanied by documents confirming the purchase (invoice or tax receipt); Products with packaging damaged in any way; According to Annex no. 2 of Government Decision №1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), in the wording of Government Decision №1188 of 02.11.2007 (МО175/09.11.2007).
How long will it take for us to refund your return?
In no more than 5 days from the date on which “Regina Naturii” SRL. take possession of the returned product, but not more than 14 calendar days.
Processing of personal data for the purpose of making the return
If there are no non-conformities and the products meet all the return conditions mentioned above, the employees of “Regina Naturii” SRL will proceed to draw up the applicable financial-accounting documents, in accordance with the legal provisions. The data necessary for the preparation
the documents mentioned above refer to: name, surname, domicile, series and no. BI, bank account, as the case may be. We will use personal data for the purpose of drawing up financial-accounting documents, according to the legal provisions in force. If you do not want to provide this data, the return of the products is not possible even if they fall within the return conditions presented above, as we cannot comply with the legislation in the tax field.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
“Regina Naturii” LTD collects, processes and uses the customer’s personal data. This data will be collected with the customer’s consent and will be based on legal requirements to provide the services requested. “Regina Naturii” LTD handles personal data under the legislation (law No. 133 of 08-07-2011, on protecting personal data). This data related to the Payment Operation will include, but will not be limited to:
- Customer’s IP address;
- Name and surname of the customer;
- Customer’s phone number;
- Card Type;
- Customer’s email address;
- Delivery data;
The way of using the data made available by the customer is presented below. If updates to the privacy policy are made, they will be posted on this page. We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time.

We use third party legal entities to provide us services that are necessary for the smooth management of our business and who process your data for us on our behalf.

FINAL AND JUDGMENT PROVISIONS
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this service will be settled amicably. When conflicts arise during the purchase, payment or delivery of products purchased from “Regina Nature” LTD and which are not regulated by a point of this act, they will be settled amicably, within 30 working days from the moment of notification in written form.
If the conflict cannot be worked out amicably, the solution will be sought in the courts of the Republic of Moldova. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer assumes all the risks enumerated above.
